Collin Stauffer
Founder | Entrepreneur | Financial Advisor
During Collin Stauffer’s tenure as a financial advisor he has worked for small financial boutiques and big box firms alike. While he found great purpose and gratification in helping his clients reach their financial goals, he came to the realization that independence and remaining a student of financial services would maximize the impact he had on his clients.
For these reasons, he is currently enrolled in Utah Valley University’s Master of Financial Planning and Analytics while running his own practice Stauffer Retirement Planning.

As a Planning Associate and Advisor, Rhett combines his Master’s in Financial Planning with a background at firms like Fidelity and Wells Fargo to dive into the “nitty-gritty” details of our clients’ success. Known by the team as a “fun and specific” collaborator, his superpower is his adaptability, allowing him to jump into almost any role to ensure our clients are supported. When he’s not constructing complex financial plans, you’ll find him scouting Utah’s hidden gems with his drone or watching movies and brushing up on film trivia via the IMDb app.

As our Marketing Manager, Colby brings 7 years of agency experience and a unique “superpower” for connecting the dots to anticipate our clients’ needs before they arise. He is a dedicated patterns-seeker who thrives on the details, but his favorite part of the job is the genuine, person-to-person care that defines our team culture. When he isn’t navigating the marketing landscape, you’ll likely find him camping or fishing, though he’s also survived a one-time alligator hunt with all ten fingers still intact!

As our Chief of Staff and co-founder of the firm, Elizabeth uses her background in Human Development and Behavioral Therapy to cultivate an environment where our team can thrive and our clients receive the best possible service. She is a dedicated listener with a “superpower” for seeing the big picture, working quietly behind the scenes to drive the company’s growth and success. When she isn’t managing the firm’s vision, she’s likely directing a busy household of three young children or enjoying a family trip to the arcade or Disneyland—always fueld by her lifelong love for the theater.

As our Seminar Liaison, Jonathan handles everything from venue coordination to guest reservations, ensuring our events run smoothly so our clients can focus on their future. Drawing on a diverse background in coaching and community service, he brings a reliable, teachable spirit and a “superpower” of calming humor to every presentation. When he isn’t helping clients envision their dream retirement, you can find him coaching his rugby team or spending time with his family, often sharing stories from his unique upbringing on the Navajo reservation.

As our St. George Office Manager, Colleen is the friendly voice and welcoming face of SRP, bringing over 35 years of customer service expertise to every interaction. While she takes pride in keeping our schedules and offices running with “OCD” precision, her true passion is building genuine connections with every person who walks through our doors. When she isn’t ensuring our clients feel heard and cared for, you’ll likely find her on a plane headed to visit her grandbabies.

As Collin’s Executive Assistant, Hydie leverages a diverse professional background in sales and nursing to bring a rare blend of “driven” organization and genuine compassion to our team. When she’s not keeping our calendars in perfect sync, she’s likely exploring new places with her family or expressing her creative side through painting, singing, and playing the piano.

Client Support Specialist
As a Client Service Specialist, I ensure clients’ financial accounts remain compliant, organized, and up-to-date. This includes maintaining accurate contact information, verifying beneficiary designations, coordinating managed account transfers, and handling both periodic disbursements and one-time withdrawals, often for those special life purchases. My focus is on making each client’s experience with paperwork as seamless and stress-free as possible—no one loves paperwork. With more than eleven years in the financial services industry, I’ve built my career around client servicing and retirement planning. I’ve supported both advisors and clients through various financial firms, helping individuals navigate account complexities with clarity and confidence. Clear communication is my greatest strength. I take pride in translating complex processes into simple, reassuring explanations that help clients feel informed and cared for. Every situation is an opportunity to build trust and reinforce long-term relationships. My colleagues describe me as dependable and supportive, qualities I strive to bring into each interaction.
Outside the office, I love spending time with my kids, traveling, trying new restaurants, and going on shopping adventures. I also have a lifelong passion for cars and enjoy attending car shows whenever I get the chance.
